Architectural Mouldings Built for Render Systems
Profiles designed for integration with approved external render systems, from a manufacturer with facade and rendering sector experience since 2003.
Why Render Compatibility Matters
A moulding that isn't detailed correctly for the render system on a project can cause problems — cracking at junctions, poor water management, or a finish that doesn't match the rest of the elevation. Because Taylormade Facades has worked in the facade and rendering sector since 2003, our profiles are engineered with render system compatibility in mind from the start, not adapted afterwards.
Every profile is factory-finished using an approved VPI polymer-modified coating system, ready for the project's chosen render or finish system to be applied directly over it — giving a consistent, primed substrate for the render contractor to work with across mouldings and standard wall areas alike.
Coordinated Before Manufacture
We develop profiles directly from your GA drawings and elevations, resolving junctions, returns and terminations before anything is manufactured — reducing the risk of on-site render cracking or detailing issues at profile joints.
Ask Us About Your Render System
Our profiles are designed for integration with approved external render and façade systems, with VPI as our preferred coating/render system. Send us your render specification along with your drawings and we'll confirm compatibility at technical-submittal stage as part of our technical support.
Common Questions
Will render crack at the moulding joints?
Junctions and returns are resolved before manufacture specifically to reduce this risk — talk to us about your render system for a specific compatibility check.
Do you supply the render as well as the mouldings?
We supply the EPS moulding factory finished with an approved VPI polymer-modified coating; the render system itself is typically supplied and applied by your render contractor to match the rest of the elevation.
