Pre-Coordinated Junctions
Key returns, angles and terminations are coordinated before manufacture. Pre-coordination helps minimise site cutting and field modification wherever practicable.
Fixing & Substrate Guidance
Project-specific fixing information is coordinated with the relevant substrate and adjoining facade interfaces. Profiles are normally fixed with a 3-strip adhesive bed and Insta-Stik secondary fixing. Mechanical fixing is rarely needed; where the size or complexity of a profile calls for it, this is reviewed at design stage.

CHAS and SMAS Worksafe accredited, helping support contractor prequalification and procurement requirements for principal contractor programmes and residential developments.
Supply, Install or Complete Facade
We supply contractor-ready packages, install the Taylormade profile package with our own coordinated team, or take on the complete facade: mouldings, render and external wall insulation as one package and one firm on site. Your choice, your programme.
