A concealed gutter cornice gives a building a clean, traditional eaves line with the rainwater gutter hidden from view. The cornice profile forms the visible face and the gutter sits behind it, so there’s no plastic or metal guttering spoiling the elevation.
Taylormade Facades manufactures concealed gutter cornices in Aberdare as lightweight EPS-core profiles with a factory-applied polymer basecoat, each made to order from the project’s general arrangement drawings.

How It Works
The cornice is fixed to the wall head on a 3-strip adhesive bed with Insta-Stik secondary fixing. The gutter channel sits behind the visible profile and is lined with a gutter lining material selected to suit the project, discharging through outlets to the downpipes.

Project designer or roofing contractor
Rainwater drainage design, gutter capacity, falls, outlet positions, downpipes and below-ground drainage, and roof and wall-head weatherproofing details, unless specifically included in our quotation.
Sizes
Cornice size, projection and gutter size are made to suit each project, confirmed from the approved project drawings.
