- a delivery address where you request a sample; and

Free-text messages and uploaded files may contain additional information that you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive personal information, payment-card details or other information that is not needed for us to handle your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- prepare a quotation or technical response;
- arrange and deliver samples where requested; and
- manage an ongoing project or customer relationship where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers and processors
Enquiries submitted through the website are transmitted using our website's email-processing service. Some enquiry details may also be recorded in our configured business enquiry or customer relationship management system where that connection is enabled.
We also use service providers to host and operate the website. These providers may process personal information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us. Uploaded files are transmitted with the enquiry so that we can review the drawings, photographs or other material you have supplied.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used, for example which pages are visited. It does not use cookies. Vercel’s own privacy information explains what it collects.
Retention
We retain enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting project or customer relationship, and meet applicable legal, accounting or legitimate business record requirements. The appropriate period will depend on the nature of the enquiry and whether it develops into an ongoing project or order.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please send only the information needed for your enquiry.
Your rights
