A straightforward six-step process. Send us your drawings and we handle everything from profile development through to site delivery.
Send Us Your Drawings
Email your GA drawings, elevations and section details to info@taylormadefacades.com. The more detail you can provide at this stage, the faster and more accurate our proposal will be.
We Develop a Profile Proposal
Our team reviews your drawings and produces a coordinated profile schedule, identifying the required profile types, coordinating key junctions and noting any items requiring clarification. Drawings are typically returned within 5–10 working days of receiving your GA drawings, depending on the complexity of the project. Free finish and quality samples, delivered free, within 5 working days of request.
Receive Your Quotation
We issue a detailed quotation covering all profiles, quantities, lead time and delivery. Quotation timing depends on the scope and completeness of the information supplied; we will confirm the expected response time once the drawings have been reviewed.
Approve and Confirm
Review the profile schedule and quotation. Once approved, we raise an order confirmation and schedule manufacture. Any deposit and payment requirements will be set out clearly in the quotation and order confirmation.
Manufacture & Quality Check
Profiles are CNC hot-wire cut in our Aberdare facility and checked against your schedule before despatch. Profiles are supplied basecoated for finishing by others, or fully finished — whichever your order specifies.
Delivery to Site
Profiles delivered to site or your preferred location, with UK, Ireland & Channel Islands delivery, including Jersey and Guernsey. We provide a delivery note cross-referenced to your profile schedule. Standard lead time is typically 2–3 weeks from approval of drawings and confirmed order. Large or complex bespoke orders may take longer; programme is confirmed at quotation.
Lightweight Means Easier on Your Programme
